SAP Phase 3
Located in São Leopoldo, Brazil, next to the SAP Labs Latin America complex, this corporate building will hold over 700 work positions, adopting flexible concepts for the workplace. In order to accommodate the company’s rapid expansion, the enterprise will physically interconnect with the existing corporate building, expanding the complex.
With 3 floors, plus 1 underground level, the building will hold 2 inner gardens on different levels, stimulating the integration with the external environment.
Partec 4
Whole floor renovation in Partec Green building, in order to accommodate SAP employees until Phase 3 work completion. Warehouse style, with exposed installations, and flexible spaces, regarding work positions, define this workspace.
